In response to my last post the people at PM Hub sent me a link to a short article about critical chain which briefly sums up some of the issues with Critical Chain.
There are some good references in the article including Lawrence Leach’s book Critical Chain Project Management which is especially interesting because Lawrences company also sells a Critical Chain Microsoft Project plugin CCPM+ which is available to try with a 60 day trial.
